miggle.co.uk a Brighton based web business provide consultancy, development, content management and media services to a range of clients including Yahoo!, Sky and a number of local businesses.

On a daily basis we make editorial updates to major UK websites as well as planning and developing solutions for clients from the ground up. We also help clients monetize their websites and develop strategies to grow their audiences.

Internship description:
We are looking for an online marketing intern to build awareness of some local directory and advertising services we have developed with this technology, (such as miggletel.co.uk and brighton.tel) as well as overall engagement on a range of our services as well, such as projects we have using networks like Addiply and Open X marketplace, and on promoting our open source CMS, migglecms.com)


Skill range:
Be passionate about the Internet. You should be able to show an example of either a website you have built or a site or blog you have managed and written for.
Have a good understanding of SEO and SEM
Be able to talk about different ways of monetizing websites
Have a solid understanding of major social networking sites
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a good knowledge of Photoshop or similar
Some experience of web publishing tools or content management systems would also be advantageous

Am I eligible for the programme?

To be eligible you must have either:

graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or affiliated college in East Sussex or West Sussex in 2008, 2009 or 2010

or

graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from any other UK university in 2008, 2009 or 2010 AND have a permanent address in East Sussex or West Sussex.
